We are currently seeking an Individual Funding Requests (IFR) Administrator to join our IFR team to provide administrative and process support services  for the management of individual funding and overseas healthcare requests. The IFR Team is a small team based at Wharf House in Tonbridge.

Individual Funding Requests (IFR) are requests for individual patients seeking healthcare treatment that is not usually funded by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) on the NHS in Kent and Medway.

The successful applicant will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), be a clear verbal and written communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and trust, arrange and prioritise own work to meet set deadlines and respond effectively to enquires from the public and other health colleagues and agencies. Applicants should be capable of filtering data on spreadsheets, compiling agendas for meetings and adapt to changing priorities of tasks.
