We are currently recruiting for a Contract and Provider Performance Manager to join the NEL POD Directorate. The successful applicant will be supporting the contract management process, ensuring the delivery of healthcare is high quality, better value for money and achieves the CCG and NEL wide objectives.

Successful delivery of this role involves ensuring contract management for all contract services by ensuring robust systems for proactive contract performance monitoring that enable activity and clinical quality indicators to be specified, monitored, under-performance acted upon and future procurement decisions to be made.

The successful applicant will provide support to the 7 CCGs in ELHCP and be responsible for the negotiation and on-going monthly monitoring of a range of contracts including NHS and Independent Sector providers. This will include analysis of finance activity and performance trends. Identifying and exploring key drivers of variance through providing high quality reports to CCGs.

North East London (NEL) POD is a single amalgamation of what used to be the BHR and WELC PODs. The POD has been designed to support the evolving needs of ELHCP operating model to ensure we are aligning our services to meet the needs of our customers. We are excited about our future as a team and enthusiastic about discovering new and innovative ways of working together.
