We are currently recruiting for an excellent Administrator to work in the Luton MDT Team. The primary responsibility of the post holder will be the organization and administration of meetings, in particular the distribution of the agenda and papers in advance of meetings and, crucially, comprehensive minute taking of the meetings.

The successful applicant will also act as the first point of contact for the team by dealing with routine enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner. The post holder will maintain and manage the diaries of the team. The post holder will be expected to have experience in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, and be familiar with inputting into databases. Other secondary responsibilities of the post holder include managing the Luton MDT shared mailbox, downloading files from the mailbox, uploading files to our shared data portal and emailing our customers to advise on the availability of reports and files.

You will be expected to have a highly organized and flexible approach to work. The role requires someone who is able to manage their own workload and deliver to specific time scales. The post will be based in Luton but may require travel to our other offices in London and Northampton. The successful applicant will have access to on the job training and other supplementary training offered through NEL’s extensive package of internal courses. NEL offers good career progression for the right candidate.
