As a member of the CSU senior management team, this role is integral to ensuring the CSU operating model and new ways of working are successfully established and embedded into the on-going operation.

The role independently leads the Development and Big Data aspects of the Specialist Business Intelligence functions providing the innovative drive of development of NEL CSU analytical reporting layers and tools, delivering an effective and customer focused service, meeting the requirements of the CSU and other customers.

In this coming year the biggest challenge facing the CSU is the need to evolve the BI offering to support the transformational requirements of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) partnerships across our geography
