This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medicines Management team to provide an effective and professional medicines management service to Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group, as well as matrix working across NEL CSU as required. The team is responsible for ensuring safe, high quality and cost effective practice across health services in Tower Hamlets.

The post holder will support the Assistant Director of Medicines Management to manage the team and the service provided to the CCG, ensuring that the principles of clinical governance underpin all aspects of Medicines Optimisation.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Applicant requirements

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
