We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Engineer to join our ICT Service Delivery team.  As Senior Support Engineer, you will provide infrastructure support services, including system/server/network installation and support and/or maintenance of clinical, non-clinical and security systems across multiple organisations sites.

You will also manage server and network performance through monitoring and maintenance work. This role will deliver the server/network elements of projects, including system testing and application commissioning, and develop standard server configuration designs to be used in physical and virtual environments, including a sound operating knowledge of the related storage technologies. 

This role provides the expertise to keep installed systems, networks and servers fully running, ensuring resilient access to critical systems to facilitate patient care.

The post holder may be required to work at any establishment at any time throughout the duration of their contract, normally within the location of the CSU
Travel maybe required between NEL CSU sites.
