Are you an experienced, talented and innovative HR Business Partner, looking to be part of successful and growing team?

NEL is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team to deliver high-impact HR and proactively support our designated Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) clients. Please note that this role will include travels to various sites.

The HR Business Partner team work with senior management to provide strategic, business-focussed HR solutions to support the provision of high quality, productive and innovative services across the client base. As part of the business partner team, you will need to be forward thinking and ideas driven to provide an effective and professional HR service to management and staff in the allocated CCGs on a range of HR areas including employee terms and conditions, workforce planning, and complex employment issues.

You will be CIPD qualified, have significant experience of generalist HR working at a senior level as well as having experience of operating a Business Partnering approach in a complex, customer-focussed organisation. Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment delivering an HR service in accordance with service level agreements and KPIs’ is essential.
Post holders will be based across the London region and NEL sites, with a requirement to travel and work between the sites.
