We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to provide specialist finance support to our CCG customers, in order to ensure that CCGs are supported in delivering excellence in commissioning to improve outcomes for patients.

The Finance Analyst will work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) within NEL. The MDT’s strive to deliver an effective end-to-end acute contracting function: acute contracting, performance and quality, finance, health informatics and medicines management expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide support to the finance leads in the negotiation, monitoring and performance management of local acute trusts.

Provision of financial advice to other NEL finance teams  in London with regard to the Team’s co-ordinating commissioning role in the negotiation of hosted contracts.

Support in all financial aspects of a specific portfolio of other acute service agreements, with the use of developed negotiating and monitoring skills.

Support in all financial aspects of the NEL’s input into acute sector London Specialist Commissioning Consortia arrangements
