NEL are looking for a Facilities Supervisor based at Clifton House, London EC2A to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, upkeep and safety of the premises and contents over several buildings in central London.

This is a responsible role, you will need to be a real all-rounder and have proven experience of supervising staff and contractors as well as being able to work alone achieving results. With a good eye for detail and understanding of health & safety regulations, fire safety and regulatory compliance in respect of buildings, plant and equipment;  you will ensure that all contractual specifications are met and that anything that needs rectifying is fixed quickly to ensure we deliver an outstanding service.

Good communication and computer literacy are a must in this role as you will need to provide audits and reports including PPM schedules.

This is a hands on role with excellent career progression opportunities.
