We are currently recruiting for two Problem and Escalations Analysts to join our team.  You will work with our Problem and Escalations Manager to assist in delivering high quality advice and support to our customers.

The successful candidates will manage customer escalations and administer day-to-day Problem Management processes to agreed standards. This will involve liaising  with the relevant internal, 3rd party service suppliers and customer management teams, to conduct investigations into situations where there have been failures to deliver services while providing  clear communication both oral and written to customers regarding their Escalation or Problem.

If successfully shortlisted you will be invited to an interview or an assessment.
At this time we anticipate interviews will be carried out via Microsoft Teams but may be in person.
