We are currently recruiting for the position of Acute Contracts Manager within our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), working in the South East London (SEL) POD at NEL.

NEL provides professional support to South East London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across a variety of functions. The SEL POD acute contracting team comprises of the core disciplines to deliver an effective end-to-end acute contracting function: acute contracting, performance and quality, finance, health informatics and medicines management expertise. This team is led by the SEL POD Director.

The Acute Contracts Manager will be responsible for supporting management of the CCG’s acute contract portfolio.

The Acute Contracts Manager will be required to contribute and deputise when required, to the effective MDT working, ensuring strong working relationships with all disciplines within the MDT and the wider CSU. Central to this role will be supporting the annual contract negotiation and documentation process, co-ordinating the monthly contract monitoring and management and lead, co-ordinate and provide senior oversight of the development and monthly function of the Integrated Report (IR).
