Islington Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to play an important role in supporting Islington CCG in managing their local contract portfolio. The post is part of a wider MDT which provides comprehensive acute, non-acute and community contract management support (contracting, finance, analytics, performance, and quality) to Islington CCG.

The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the contracts team to ensure the successful delivery of contracting functions. The post holder will have overall responsibility for maintaining the day to day functioning of the Islington MDT.

The successful candidate will have exceptional diary management, minute taking and communication skills. Duties will include arranging meetings, taking formal minutes of contract management meetings, collating and distributing papers for contract management meetings, and processing invoices. The post holder will also be required to assist the contracts team with project work and other general duties required to provide an effective support service.

The role will provide the ideal candidate with an opportunity form relationships across the NHS commissioning and provider landscape, and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team.
