We are looking to recruit an ambitions and dynamic Funded Nursing Care Nurse Assessor to join our award winning* Continuing Healthcare team in Croydon.

The key function of this post is to assess patients who are referred to the service, in consideration of Funded Nursing Care and Continuing Healthcare. The role will involve assessing clients against the Continuing Healthcare Checklist and Funded Nursing Care review document, considering eligibility for full Continuing Healthcare assessment, reviewing suitability of care packages and ensuring quality standards of care and documented evidence by care providers. The role is undertaken under the supervision of the Nurse Assessors and Senior Nurse Assessors.
