Are you creative in your thinking, dynamic in your interactions with people at different levels when managing and resolving issues? NEL CSU RA Team is the organisational match for you.

As a RA Agent you will work as part of an exciting and dynamic team that delivers effective services, supporting managers and clinicians in Primary Care services, GP Practices and a host of other organizations across Cambridge and Peterborough meeting operational needs and upholding standards.

The post holder is required to follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in their work and take responsibility for maintaining their personal training in the use of SOPs as part of their annual training and development plan.

“All staff have a responsibility through their role to be effective, ensuring that the organisation remains efficient and reliable through support to and for continued improvement of the Standard Operating Procedures and the agreed organisational processes. Your creative and dynamic ideas for improvement and development of the SOPs are routinely and positively encouraged.”
