The North and East London Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) is an NHS organisation which provides expert support and advice to help clinical commissioners to deliver improved health services to local populations. We deliver an extensive range of services from contracting and analytic to finance and communications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new role in the BHR MDT, (Ilford) leading on both the performance and quality contract management elements of contracts with acute providers on behalf of CCGs in Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge.

The post-holder will work closely with CCGs and CSU colleagues to identify areas for performance and quality improvement, support the development of action plans and work with both clinicians and managers at trusts to ensure that best practice improvements are developed and embedded in provider organisations.

The successful applicant will have significant experience at a senior level working on contracts, performance management and managing high performing teams.
