Do you want to be part of a high-quality, friendly and growing team of communications, creative, digital and marketing experts? Are you looking to develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment with excellent training and development opportunities? Are you an enthusiastic and talented marketing professional with excellent digital skills? Then we want you.

As a marketing campaigns manager your day will be busy and varied – whether it’s optimising digital advertising, delivering a multi-channel social marketing campaign or developing a content strategy. You will enjoy working as part of a team, using your initiative, developing new ideas, and managing your own workload.

We are looking for someone with skills and previous experience in most, if not all, of the following areas: campaigns, account management, Facebook and PPC advertising, social media, analytics and evaluation, as well as a strong interest in improving people’s lives.

We offer fantastic benefits including 27 days holiday, flexible working, and one of the best pension schemes in the country. In addition NHS staff receive 20% discount from various restaurants and retail outlets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the health of local people and communities, whilst being part of a friendly and dynamic team.

NEL is an NHS organisation and our team works as a not-for-profit communications agency, advising and delivering expert communications to a large and growing number of mostly NHS clients in London and the south.

NHS experience isn’t essential but you should demonstrate an understanding of the health and social care environment, and relevant experience that will enhance our team to deliver creative and cost-effective solutions and support.
