NHS Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group has statutory responsibility for commissioning a range of community and secondary care health services on behalf of the population of Enfield.
We have 54 members practices, serving a patient population of 303,362.

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Executive Assistant to provide high quality administrative support to assigned members of the CCG Executive Team, Governing Body and hold expert  minute management of these Committees.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy business support or central administration role, taking minutes at Board Level and managing all aspects of committee meetings.

The role requires an individual with a can do attitude as well as excellent planning, organisational, communication, written and verbal skills. The successful candidate will possess a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office, the ability to work under pressure, the ability to multi-task and deliver conflicting priorities within set timelines.

A summary of duties include minute taking, diary management, collating complex and confidential information, contributing to the overall support function of the executive team, liaising with staff at all levels and working effectively as part of a team.
