Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is an ambitious and successful clinical commissioning group (CCG). We are a membership organisation made up of 58 GP practices serving a registered patient population of around 370,000. Our role is to ensure that residents and those registered with GPs in Barnet have access to the healthcare services they need.

Barnet CCG’s Commissioning Directorate is recruiting Children’s Commissioners to support management of the Children’s Commissioning Portolio. The posts will focus on commissioning CAMHS, Personal Health Budgets, Integrated Therapies, Paediatrics and Acute services

The posts will suit dynamic and ‘can do’ individuals who enjoy collaborative working, and who are committed to working effectively within Children’s Commissioning.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
