Redbridge CCG is a membership organisation made up of GP practices across our borough. We commission safe, high quality health services – mainly hospital, community and mental health services.

We have a small borough based team and also share a single management team with CCGs in Barking and Dagenham and Havering.

Please note that all vacancies will be subject to a 6 month’s probation period in line with the CCG Probation Policy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual, to hold an integral role within Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge Clinical Commissioning Group’s Quality & Safeguarding Team.

The successful post holder will support a high achieving team in the management of all safeguarding business processes, in a fast paced, highly effective and dynamic environment.

The role includes managing day to day business administration for the safeguarding team, taking accurate and detailed minutes and supporting and development and implementation of projects.

The nature of this job requires a flexible, autonomous & adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks in order to deliver against agreed objectives.

The post holder is expected to be an experienced Business Manager or have equivalent experience. You require a good knowledge of administrative procedures, a proven ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and letters.

Excellent time management & communication skills along with the ability to work as part of a team.
