Redbridge CCG is a membership organisation made up of GP practices across our borough. We commission safe, high quality health services – mainly hospital, community and mental health services.

We have a small borough based team and also share a single management team with CCGs in Barking and Dagenham and Havering.

Please note that all vacancies will be subject to a 6 month’s probation period in line with the CCG Probation Policy.

An opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking individual to work in the planned care team to lead on elements of the Planned Care agenda across BHR CCGs, including developing new models of care and pathways of the benefit of our patients.

The applicant will need to:

  • Oversee a number of projects being delivered across the BHR CCGs to ensure that delivery targets are achieved within agreed timescales and available resources
  • Support the senior programme leads and provide leadership to wider members of the team and those working as part of the programme matrix team, to ensure that their work stream of programmes are managed effectively and take the lead in their successful delivery.
  • Work closely with the assigned Clinical Director leads for their projects/areas of focus
  • Become the “expert” within the CCG on identified specialties for planned care

The successful applicant will be able to develop and sustain good partnership relations, be able to work as part of a team and have a motivation to deliver to a high standard.

Please ensure that you fully address the Person Specification of the Job Description when completing your supporting statement. Applications may be rejected where applicants have failed to adhere to this instruction.
